Elaine Pendergrass is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSWA) in North Carolina. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from Winston-Salem State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky. She is also a certified project manager.
Elaine has experience working with individuals with IDD, ADD (children and adults), career counseling, and more. Elaine offers a hopeful and collaborative space in therapy, focusing on empowering clients and building on their strengths.
She has worked with companies such as Stanley Black and Decker, Thurgood Marshall College Fund, Red Ventures, Goldman Sachs, and Family Services of Forsyth to build and strengthen programs for internal and external impact.
In her free time, she serves her community, learns languages, travels, and gardens.
